In 2020, the LPDB-KUMKM is given a mandate by the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs through Article 28 paragraph (1), Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 4 of 2020 concerning Loans Distribution or Revolving Fund Financing by Cooperative and Micro Business Revolving Fund Management Institutions, Small and Medium Enterprises, to carry out incubations in collaboration with entrepreneurial incubators.

 

It is hoped that the implementation of this activity will grow Startup Entrepreneurs (Startup) that can contribute to employment, in order to make the National Economic Recovery program successful after the Covid-19 pandemic. and at the same time it is hoped that in the future it can provide innovation inspiration to the Cooperative to improve services to members.

Operator Criteria and Requirements

Candidate Organizers Must Meet the following Criteria:

  1. Has a license, introduction or statement from the agency in charge of cooperatives and UMKM or Parent Institutions if it is an educational institution;
  2. Has dedicated office status;
  3. Have adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the incubation;
  4. Has tenants from elements of cooperatives or micro, small and / or medium enterprises that are being or have been fostered, to be assisted in applying for loans or financing to LPDB-KUMKM;
  5. Have prospective tenants from cooperatives or micro, small, medium enterprises and / or people who have business ideas; and
  6. Have experienced Mentors.

 

The organizer attaches the required documents including:

  1. Application letter to the President Director of LPDB-KUMKM from the head of the agency owner or head of the agency if it is owned by the government;
  2. Photocopy or scanned license or cover letter or statement letter from the agency in charge of cooperatives and UMKM affairs;
  3. Photocopy or scanned proof of office status addressed in the form of office ownership certificate, proof of agreement, proof of office lease in the form of payment receipt or statement letter;
  4. Photocopy or scan of the Entrepreneurial Incubator manager;
  5. Photocopy or scanned Identity Card (KTP) of the Mentor or Coach;
  6. Photos of the incubator room along with an explanation which includes: [a. Number of Incubation rooms; b. Incubation room size; c. Incubation room capacity; and D. there is a health protocol for tenants]
  7. Profiles of mentors or trainers at the Entrepreneurial Incubator
  8. Proposal for Proposal of Activities that is made in the form of a presentation document which at least consists of: [a. incubator profile (history, vision, mission, goals, management structure, unique values ​​and others); b. The Incubation Curriculum, which includes Cooperative material; c. Incubation SOP; d. Track records of previous incubation activities (portfolio) provided in the form of videos or photos; e. identification of the needs of the Incubator; f. Cooperatives, micro, small and / or medium enterprises that will be targeted from Tenant activities; g. Activity Output; h. Target of Activities; i. Funding Needs]
  9. Video of the presentation of the proposed activities as referred to ( in point 8 );
  10. List of tenants or elements of cooperatives, micro, small and / or medium enterprises that are being or have been fostered, who are ready to be assisted in applying for and obtaining loans or financing to LPDB-KUMKM; and
  11. List of prospective tenants from cooperatives, micro, small, medium enterprises and / or people with business ideas.
